Wow! What an amazing day yesterday! I had so much fun. I went to Nashville to hear Nickle Creek in concert at the Rymans Auditorium. The best show I've ever been to! It was so amazing. They played for like 3 hours straight. I definately could have just sat there all night and listened to them. I love Nashville! It's the first place I've ever been where I was like, I would love to live here. It's an amazing place. It's a big city, but it still has a small town feel to it. The Concert wasn't over until 1:00 eastern time so I didn't get home until 5:00. We were all so exhausted. AJ drove from Nashville to Chattanooga, and I drove from there to Rome. It was crazy. Definately a night I will never forget! It was a much needed get away! I'm just sad it's over. Back to the old grind. Oh well, fun while it lasted!

All I can say is pray for me! The next two days are going to be rough. I don't know how I'll get through it, but I'm gonna try and try to do it well on top of that. That's my goal. We'll see if it happens. Thanks to all for the support! It is GREATLY appreciated!

Rush started this week. So far so good. We've got some good quality girls pledging this year. I'm excited to see what the rest of the week will hold.

I had a revelation today. These weeks come where they are so jam packed and so much studying has to be done that I'm so tired, stressed, and miserable. I have to deal with it no matter what so I choose to be happy and enjoy my week. Whatever it may hold. I would rather suffer through it happily than suffer through it misereably. God always seems to give me the grace to handle what it is that is required out of me.

My dad has been in the ministry a long time. As far back as I can remember. I'm very well aware of how churches are run and how to deal with people in the church, whether it be ministering to them or correcting them. I don't consider myself naive to the way things work in church either, but on occassion I let my guard down and trust certain people in the church more than I should. I know I shouldn't be surprised, but it still amazes me how cruel some people can be. I have no time for Christians who have all the appearance of holiness and don't treat others in love. We're so busy trying to bring the lost in and love them that apparantly people forget to love one another. Who wants to be a part of something that tears you down instead of build you up? Will people ever learn? No, I can answer that one myself. It just makes me sad. Even a little jaded. This is why you MUST not go to church for any other reason than for Jesus. He's all that counts. I have no time for man made religion, because it has no time for me. Jesus is always there for me, so it's for Him that I remain steadfast and never changing in my faith and adoration for Him!

I feel so refreshed this morning. I finally got some decent sleep, and I can tell it has done me a lot of good. I do have the tedency of pushing myself until I can't go any farther. A bit extreme, I know, but the self discipline keeps me going. I only wish I had more. I love what I study. I love what I'm at school for. God forgive me because I do complain too much. Something I'm trying to work on with myself.  On a happier note, I am excited about going to the Nickle Creek concert next weekend in Nashville! That's going to be a lot of fun. I've never been to Nashville before. I'll have to look up all the cool places to visit their before I go. No telling when the next time I'll be able to get up that way. I'll just be glad when this coming week is over. So much to do! Enough rambling for now.
